Guido Schlüter holds a Bachelors degree in Real Estate and Asset Management (Technische Hogeschool Delft; Technical University of Delft). Since 2000 he was employed at Jacobus Recourt. In addition to the construction management field, he was responsible for preliminary design and construction of office buildings under the high environmental standards with the label "energy efficient". One office building (owned by the Allianz Insurance Company) was elected an award from the Dutch construction sector.

Schlüter has developed a standard program to formulate modernization and upgrading specifications for obsolete housing areas. This includes, inter alia, the building increase. One of the outstanding examples was an increase by an additional residential floor at an object in Breda.

In 2007 Schlüter founded a department within Jacobus Recourt that deals specifically with feasibility analysis of construction projects. Such analyses were initially prepared on the basis of market information and technical and economic aspects, worked out in models. It is not the transformation of the traditional into the present here is a starting point, rather it is about implementation of future developments in accordance with current objectives. This concept of "back to the future" is promoted widely within the organization by Jacobus Recourt, equipped with both the brokerage business for residential and land and the building department valuation and management of buildings on specific dates. Jacobus Recourt managed areas in the extent of 1,250,000 square meters for residential and business premises of institutional investors. Guido Schlüter balances minimizing risks and optimizing future yields based on his solid company basis together with his expertise and competences.
