After Peter Kerler had completed his professional education, he worked for two years for the listed company Rational AG. At the same time, he started his sales career. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, he left his hometown Landsberg for the new federal states to support the development of a sales organisation with 450 employees with offices in Berlin, Dresden, Pirna, Altenburg, Quedlingburg etc.

Seven years later, he left this organisation. In 1993, he and his partner Matthias Wagner founded the company „Immobilienservice Dresden, which is still existing today. Up to the beginning of the year 2000, both, Peter Kerler and Matthias Wagner, have placed ca. 450 rented flats, building sites and multifamily residences.

In the year 2000, after the „East-boom“ faded away, Peter Kerler moved his service to Munich was responsible for placing commercial lease agreements. Two years later, the Bayrische Hausbau offered Peter Kerler a business relationship. As freelancer he was the contact person for the entire office letting business of the Bayrische Hausbau (Schörghuber-Group). His office letting capacity was 45,000 square metre. One of his last projects was the famous Munich property „Alter Hof“, an adjoining- building of the popular Dallmayr House. In 2006, Peter Kerler finished his business relationship with the Bayrische Hausbau at his own request.

In the same year, he founded his part-time business „Happy Read Verlag“ and published the high-quality magazine „Büroanzeiger“, which offers an overview of the commercial property market. In the beginning, it was designed to be a magazine for commercial properties in Munich and its surroundings, then licensed editions followed for the areas Cologne/Dusseldorf, later for Vienna, Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg. 3.5 years later, he issued a collective edition for the German-speaking area with a circulation of 25,000. In 2008, the name of this very successful magazine was changed into „DEAL Magazin – Real Estate – Investment – Finance“.

Since 2007, Peter Kerler has been dedicating his work exclusively to business investments. Up to now, he has accompanied transactions in the amount of approx. 250 mio Euro.
