After finishing his construction engineering studies in 1976, Holger Budelmann opened an engineering office with focus on real estate valuation. In 1989, the Senator of Economic Affairs and Foreign Trade of Chamber of Industry and Commerce officially appointed and attested him as surveyor for valuation of undeveloped and developed real estate . Afterwards, he became a member of the Advisory Committee in Bremen and has been a member up to now.
At the same time Budelmann & Partner Real Estate Utilisation was founded, which focuses on sales of existing properties. Subsequently, Holger Budelmann became managing partner of the Building Society Bremen and together they realised projects, such as redevelopments and/or new developments of residential buildings and commercial properties.
Holger Budelmann set up a nationwide operating valuation team in the mid 90s. This team is specialised in valuating real estate portfolios and individual properties and ensures a comprehensive, market-driven national valuation. Internationally, he belongs to a network of experts who bring in their country-specific features with the aim of connecting domestic perceptions with opportunities for projects abroad.
Consequently, Holger Budelmann and his team are well grounded in valuating: residential buildings, retail properties, such as shopping centres/specialist retail chains/supermarkets and retail warehouses, office buildings, industry and distribution centres, hotels, nursing homes and general care facilities.
